工程概况: 右玉县县城热点联产集中供热工程主管网 C 段位于右玉县城内。供热管需要穿 越 22 米,钢筋混凝土管内径为 φ2000,平均埋深为 4.3~4.5 米,间隔 2 米平行 位置同时顶进 2 根钢筋混凝土管。顶管工程从路基开始,穿越公路东西方向。 顶管工程工作量:22 米管道顶进双管(φ2000) ;总顶进 44 米。1 处顶管工作井、 1 处顶管接受坑。

第一章 工作井施工
沉井施工程序: 基坑测量放样——基坑开挖——支架防护——立外模和支架——井点设备安 装。 第一节 基坑测量放样 根据沉井设计图纸和工程地质报告所揭示的地质情况,沉井基坑开挖深度取 5 米,沉井刃脚外侧面至基坑边的工作距离取 2 米,基坑边坡采用 1:1。整平场地 后,根据沉井的中心座标定出沉井中心桩、纵横轴线控制桩及基坑开挖边线。施 工放样结束后,须经监理工程师复核准确无误后方可开工。 工作井、接收井基坑布置示意见附图。 第二节 基坑开挖 经监理工程师认可的基坑开挖边线确定后,即可进行挖土工序的施工。挖土采用 1 米 3 的单斗挖掘机,并与人工配合操作。基坑底面的浮泥应清除干净并保持平 整和干燥, 在底部四周设置排水沟与集水井相通,集水井内汇集的雨水及地下水 及时用水泵抽除,防止积水而影响刃脚垫层的施工。 工作井——总高度为 5 米,宽 8 米,长 8 米,接收井——总高度为 5 米,宽 8 米,长 4 米.
